Graduated cum laude in Economics and company Legislation at Università Bocconi of Milan. Chartered Accountant since 2012 and Auditor. She started working for Simonelli Associati in February 2008. She developed extensive experience in tax consultancy to individuals (especially in the Sport & Entertainement sector and Expatriates) and corporations. She is also involved in other areas including tax litigation and corporate recovery and restructuring plans.

Tax advisor from 1997 and auditor. Her professional activity started in Rome in Camozzi & Bonissoni and, from 1998, she worked in the tax department of KPMG in Milan, mainly dealing with international group of companies. She gained a significant experience with both domestic and international taxation. She is Statutory Auditor in relevant industrial and commercial companies.

Graduated in Economics at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. Chartered Accountant since 2014 and Auditor. She worked in the audit department of Reconta Ernst & Young SpA in Milan. She started working for Simonelli Associati in January 2016. She developed extensive experience in audit activities focused on financial services industry.

The clients of the law firm Simonelli are mainly Italian and multinational companies, operative in the industrial sectors (e.g. energy, telecommunications, media, high tech, pharmaceutical) and services sectors (e.g. real estate, banks, insurance companies).
In the financial sector, the firm assists regularly commercial and investment banks, funds, REIFs and private equity houses.
Among its clients, the firm includes also numerous individuals to whom it provides assistance in the management and protection of big family and corporate assets and in the planning of asset and optimal corporate organisations, also for succession aims, or for attainment and/or cession of participation, companies and real estates.
The law firm Simonelli also boasts a consolidated experience in matter of taxation of income earned by artists and sportsmen and in the optimisation of the legal and fiscal organisation in order to the exploitation of copyrights and image rights.
