Expert in supporting foreign companies doing business in Italy (incorporation of companies, merger & acquisition and trande/financial partner research) and in back-office outsourcing (accounting, human resources, credit management, taxation, reporting and budget). He has been partner of Mazars with several years of experience in France, UK and Africa before being country managing partner of Mazars in Italy for over 10 years. He is member of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditor of banks and subsidiaries of multinationals. He is “Conseiller du Commerce extérieur pour la France” in Italy and member of the Board of the “Italian French Chamber of Commerce”. He is decorate as “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” and “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite”.
