The legal and tax consultancy law firm Simonelli Associati was established in 2007 as a result of a spin-off from the Italian Tax Department of Ernst & Young, one of the “Big Four”. 

With more than 20 professionals in our office in Milan, we have an extensive knowledge of the markets and of the major European players, besides a funded experience in the specific legal, tax and corporate issues.

Our professionals, lawyers and business accountants, assist the main Italian and European companies in the industrial sector, primary financial institutions, banks, insurances, private equity operators, investment brokers and public service.

Moreover, we also assist individual clients in complex asset management on large and small scale, in the planning of organization assets and progressive asset investments.
