Simonelli Associati, with its partner Jean-Paul Baroni, assisted Hines Italia SGR in the acquisition of Via Crespi 26 S.r.l., the company owning the Italian seat of Richemont. The value of the transaction is € 37 million. The orther advisors of Hines were PWC, Dla Piper and Coima. The seller, Bnp Paribas Real Estate, has been assisted by Chiomenti and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati.
