Flavia Daunia Minutillo

Chartered Accountant since 1995 and Auditor. Qualified Professional Mediator since 2012.

She has collaborated, as tax and corporate counsultant (Corporate Tax and Human Capital) with professional primary law firms, specializing in the activity of Board of Statutory Auditors also in listed company. From 2004 to 2007 she has been collaborating as Senior Manager with the law firm Ernst & Young, undertaking nationwide assignments.

She has gained valuable experience as member of the Board of auditors of listed companies, banks, “SIM” and asset management companies, in securitization companies, in real estate companies, industrial, pharmaceutical, services, commercial and financial, as well as Director in services and real estate companies.

Since 2009, she has been Liquidator of important companies. Since 2012 she is member of “OdV” pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001. Since 2013 she is a member of the Supervisory Board of a leading listed bank company. In February 2012 she was included in the list of 50 TOP WOMEN “Valore D” published in “A”. Since 2012 her CV has been included in the collection “1000 excellent curricula ” held by the Fondazione Marisa Bellisario and in the “Ready for Board Women” List, under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Equal Opportunities.
