Jean-Paul Baroni

He is a Chartered Accountant since 1990 and Auditor. He worked for the Arthur Andersen tax practice for seven years and for the Ernst & Young tax practice for nine years, becoming a local partner. He was a lecturer for some International taxation courses of SDA Bocconi. In 2003 he was credited as one of the best Italian tax advisors by the International magazine “International Tax Review” and in 2011 he was mentioned by “Finance Monthly” among the Leading Advisor 100 for accounting – Italy.

He mainly deals with extraordinary and reorganization transactions, International taxation and correlating activities at M&A. He deals also with tax and corporate consulting in the IPO procedures and structured financing.

He has matured a meaningful experience in the real estate market and REIFs.
