Today has been completed the capital increase of Sitos S.r.l., a company located in Rovereto owning the trade-mark Let’s Pizza, by the Dubai Fund Neeren Investment and Development for the 80% of the Italian company. Simonelli Associati, with the partner Jean-Paul Baroni, acted as financial and tax advisor of Sitos S.r.l..Legal advisor of the shareholder SIC was the law firm Mercanti Dorio. Catalyst, for the financial aspects and Gianni Origoni Grippo, for the legal aspects, acted as advisors of Neeren.
