Simonelli Associati and Morri Cornelli Associati acted as a tax advisors for Bioera in relation to the IPO. The other advisors are the following: Ambromobiliare acted as financial advisors, Norton Rose and Sanzo e Associati acted as legal advisors. PWC was the audit firm.
